For something quite different, this place will do… This is a pub/restaurant inspired by Jamaica, so the decor is all bamboo, sand and “Ja man…” Truly island style…
It is mostly favoured by students, but it does make for an interesting night out, as long as it doesn’t become too busy (crowded, rowdy), and as long as you aren’t expecting an evening of fine dining. Cool Runnings offers a substantial menu, but the food is mostly restricted to burgers, sandwiches and such like. No, you’ll do better by going straight for the shooters and cocktail menu where you will find some really interesting things, and drinks you may feel shy to ask for…
